WelcomeWelcome to my home. On the right is a virtual library of Jack Scribe novellas and short stories. Although I draw on life experiences, what you will read is 90% fantasy and imagination. Brad, Trab and Rock diligently edit and proof the stories. They keep me an honest man. I use fellow writer Drew Hunt in the U.K. as a sounding board for ideas and structure. As with all Internet authors, I remind everyone that the only payment writers receive are the comments that are passed on by the readers. I encourage communication either by email or in the forum. Enjoy! About MeI reside in the beautiful Southern California Palm Springs desert and still single..but I haven't given up looking for love. The first part of my life was the Midwest. After growing up in Iowa, I ventured East and graduated from Michigan State University with a BS in Hotel-Restaurant Management. And yes, there is a reason that the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity occasionally is mentioned in a story. "Phi Alpha" to brother SAEs. After a stint in the Navy as an Officer (managing an officer's club), I expanded a professional career in the hospitality industry that started in New York, and then, continued to Chicago, Phoenix and finally, California. "Go West, Young Man!" One of the benefits of working in the hotel and restaurant business is the opportunity to meet a wide variety of people from all walks of life, observe different personalities and analyze distinct emotions. Watching at close range this composite human experience has helped me 'flesh out' the characters in my stories. Coming This WinterSplash on the Web
